This is a relatively short form as far as the halberd systems are concerned, however,
that takes nothing away from its effectiveness. One of the unique characteristics of this
style is its reverse single-handed grip mainly used for up-slashes. Choy Yung Do is slightly
smaller than other halberds, this makes it particularly swift and highly manoeuvrable.
